There seems to be a loose connection, either based on or in the oven. Normally, if the statistics wrong.
Buy new and new again has the same problem and call a HVAC technician. You may need to install a new transformer or 24V control again, if this is the case.
~ Do not think a circuit breaker. Thermostats work off the same performance as the oven.
