5 Standard Weightlifting Bar Anyone Have A Good Weightlifting Workout Program For Home?

Anyone have a good weightlifting workout program for home? - 5 standard weightlifting bar

I have the level of the leg curl combo bench press ... I have groups of dumbbells and a pull-up bar ... at 6'5 300 ... Fat and out of shape ... my bank just 205 Max ... I'm doing a little bit, but my job as the last 20-30 minutes ... There is no routine ... I have to do exactly what I like to feel the day ...

Do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of more weight than you, for every s / area "that you would like to emphasize, such as vertical walls and curling. If you try to do format also ups, sit ups and run as fast as possible. No longer though working muscles. One day after lower torso, and forget to take you no longer Protien, carbohydrates and water before and after training. consistency is the key!
