As it was dry. Dried apricots are dried in the sun, they put them in a box with fire and brimstone in the night. So are high in sulfites.

Dried fruits and trail mixes are good energy food. The problem is, they have about 180 calories for 1 / 4 cup! And it's difficult to eat a handful and leave. Possibly to a high fat granola. Fresh fruit is always better for you, and the water makes you feel more satisfied. A handful of nuts, low in sodium is also good for you.

Yes, in moderation, as a food, like rice cakes. Always pay attention to this lot.

They are healthy, but full of sugar and carbs ... is rich in calories, you need to burn. Granola is high in calories. Fresh fruit is great, but do not hold the same time. Affection is a good choice, do not worry.

Yes, nuts are good for you. It is a sweet taste, and lots of it, but the added sugar ... But basically, it tastes sweeter than fresh, because the sugar is extracted to the surface in the dry state. It is necessary to read labels to see if there are additives in dried fruit, trail mixes and cereals - and the nutrient content will be there too. Every brand is different, and read the label is the only way to make an informed decision. None of these things are low in calories, but you are healthier than most other snacks .......

A strawberry dry (for example) as healthy as a new one. I would keep grocery dried fruit, but tend to different chemicals and sugar, sometimes longer count. But when you dry your own fruit, so good for you, as business expenses. All you need is the portion sizes - see a strawberry drying is much less a new one. Here is how to make it easier than I thought:
